What information is helpful when ordering signs?
What can I expect when ordering sign(s)?
We will confirm details, send a quote, once we receive approval on the quote we will work on a proof. After the proof has been approved we will send an invoice and payment link. Once we have received payment we will get your signs into production.
What is the best way to place an order or get a quote?
We recommend using the “Request a quote” tab on our website. This will prompt you to answer all the questions we would ask you. Otherwise you can email in your order or call.
What is the best format to send logos or designs?
Vector line art is preferred in a ai, pdf, eps format or high resolution JPG.
What is the typical lead time?
Depending on the project, usually less than 1 week.
Do you do any graphic design work?
Yes, we can work with you on simple graphic design work. If you have more complex design ideas or need a logo created we have a few graphic artists we recommend.
Do you silkscreen on clothing?
No, we only silk screen on sign substrates.
Will we print as few as 1 sign?
Yes, we can print as few as 1 sign. We have no minimums. We do encourage getting more than 1, the more signs you get the better price per sign you will get.
What is the most popular material for real estate signs?
For the signs to be used in the black metal frames we recommend 1/8″ Alupanel®. For the signs that will hang on the white swing posts we recommend the 1/4″ Alumalite®.
Can you print stickers to change my real estate signs if I change brokers?
Yes, if the signs are in “like new” condition we can reface the signs.
Do we buy used real estate sign frames?
No, we do not. We recommend trying to sell them to fellow agents or recycling them.
What are popular sizes for real estate signs?
